•We do not accept the monopoly of the Majors in the music market. we will work with our artists to get them a better deal, we do welcome interest from other labels who can help our acts to break out.

•All sales are reported to MCPS AND PSR as well as the OFFICIAL Download CHARTS.

•The aim is to help our artists to be published and to be able to compete on a level playing field, Mohican Records is a full music publishing business we also distribute music to over 400 download platforms.

•To allow bands to move on to better things if they so desire, we will never hold back the talent of our artists.

•We provide industry compliant products ie Bar-coding, IRCS numbers to help protect the copyrights of our artists.

•To be members of industry trade bodies ie BPI AIM PRS MCPS and any other such body that promotes the interests of our artists.

•Mohican Records is registered with Companies House Com/No 05115433. We will provide our Artists statements of accounts and a year end vision of where we hope to go in the next year.

•The Record Industry is not easy to get into and for new artists there are many pitfalls not making the right decisions and giving your assets away to the wrong people can harm your career. Mohican Records was set up to help artisits get on the right track and give you a better understanding of how the industry works
