Lawless Entertainment was formed in 1993 as Tiatom Records. Over the past 15 years the company has remained on the mixtape and underground curuit. This format has given the company and company founder Thomas "TL" Lewis the oppertunity to work with artists who would go on to become legends in the industry. With the recent decline of substance in todays rap, Lawless Entertainment has taken the stance that it would bring it back. Lawless plans to put lyrical content back in the hands of the M.C. with no restrictions, Stands will be taken and stories will be told again.
Lawless has declared that nothing will stop the movement. They will not be chained to the standards of music today. Lawless remains on the underground and mix-tape circuit and where they seek good talent to bring to the forefront of the industry. Leading the management team is Thomas "TL" Lewis, Jonathan Walker, Tanya Lewis and Kenneth Wright.

The vision for the company is to take music on the 360 degree turn. The artist list goes as follows: PianoMan, Deadly Alliance, Mark Dark, BA Crazy, Swaltuo, LWO, Romance (at this time Romance has one of the hottest dance songs overseas in "All Dis Music" which remains on the D.J.'s choice list), and Pain.
