Kathematics Biography
Kathematics is the brand new band for ex-KTV singer/songwriter/guitarist Kath Orgovany. The band formed in January 2003.
Kath's previous band KTV existed from 1998-2002 having a significant influence over the Melbourne music scene. Highlights included winning Push Play Record, supporting Killing Heidi at their Reflector album launch and being Triple J's Exposed Artist.
After breaking up KTV Kath played solo acoustic for many months before deciding to put a fresh band together with a different style, which was moving more to pop/rock and away from pop/punk. The new band only do a handful of KTV songs as they are focusing more on Kath's new material.
